My baby bit me!
Babies soon learn that if they bite mummy the milk stops. As soon as they start nipping (if they do, not all babies do nip) prevent them feeding by taking them off the breast - there's lots of ways to do this - put your little finger in the corner of your mouth makes them break suction, or push baby into your breast so their nose is covered - don't worry you wont suffocate him! He'll have to let go and pull away of his own accord. Tell him in a very firm voice "no!" and try again. If it is repeated do the same but put baby down and walk away for a few minutes. After a few goes baby soon realises it isn't doing him any good to bite mum.
It is very important, though admittedly very hard, to have absolutely no reaction when baby does it. Babies love to see mummy pull funny faces and they couldn't give two hoots if mum's face is laughing or screwed up in pain - it's just a funny face to them. They also love the funny noises mum makes, be it a "gaga googoo" or "ouch you little b*****r". If he gets a reacting by biting he thinks "yipeedoo mummy made a face/noise I liked! Let's see her do it again". There's not a mother in the world who hasn't reacted at least once, even if she only reacted the first time it was done, every mother has done it - you can't stop yourself when it's not expected. But if you are expecting it it's easier to control your reaction so if he's done it once be ready for it all the time until you've stopped it.
Take consolation though that most babies only ever do it a few times before realising that i's far more fun to just feed than to play with your food (until they discover solid food of course)
My Husband is concerned about how we will feed our baby when I run out of milk as she wont take a botttle.
You wont run out of milk. It is not a finite supply - it's practically infinite. For so long as you are feeding the milk will keep coming. If you decided to feed your baby into adult hood the milk would still flow (yes, the Little Britain bitty scenario is technically possible). There is no reason a baby has to take a bottle at all so if you okay to continue feeding yourself then don't worry about it. If baby never has a bottle you will never have the hassle of trying to wean baby off it and onto a cup. When baby is ready to start drinking other fluids as well as breast milk you can introduce them in a cup and completely skip the bottle stage.
